Reiki -

A full Reiki Treatment  lasts around 60 minutes,  I will channel the Reiki energy  through my hands to you, starting at your head and working down the body, both front and back.  Reiki can be a hands on & off therapy, you remain fully clothed, ensuring that you always feel comfortable.  As with all alternative therapies, you should receive regular treatments to achieve a constant state of balance and well-being on an emotional, spiritual and physical level.

 Crystal Placements -

There are a range of placements available, using the gentle properties of different crystals.  A placement can take up to 90 minutes, for the first appointment.  This is because I will read, draw & interpret the colours in your aura, ask you to meditate briefly on any concerns you may have, and then carry out the placement.  Subsequent sessions are more likely to take 60 minutes.
